Hey there, lovely people! I’m Áureo Magalhães — an expert in artisan cookies and biscuits, and the creator of the Cookie Academy, a course that has already impacted over 7,000 students across 44 countries, helping bakers turn their passion into a real source of income.

My journey in baking began back in 2013, when I was looking for a way to make money doing something that brought me both joy and freedom. I started small, with what I had, and grew step by step — testing, making mistakes, learning, and teaching.

Over time, I specialised in practical and accessible techniques, and had the honour of representing major brands such as Callebaut, Cacao Barry, Sicao, and Monalisa. I’ve also taught at national events and technical centres like the Chocolate Academy, and served as a guest judge on The Box, a culinary competition broadcast across Brazil.

Today, I teach bakers — of all levels — how to create amazing cookies with confidence, skill, and simplicity. And I do it with something I’ve believed in from the very beginning: that anyone can turn cookies into a real source of income.
